FERNIE, BC, CANADA - Get ready to celebrate the Canadian film-making industry at the 5th Annual Reel Canadian Film Festival. On March 29th - 31st, 2013, we will welcome Canada to Fernie for a showcase of film excellence and a schedule packed with entertaining, challenging and exceptional work. Our program features entertaining children’s shorts from the National Film Board; shorts from emerging film-makers (Focus on Halifax); five feature films; and our gala and closing receptions.
 Announcing the People's choice films for this Sunday, March 31st! We will be screening Blackbird - The Film at 5pm followed by Sarah Polley's Stories We Tell at 7.15pm! Thanks to everyone who voted, it was a close race. Remember you can see either film on Sunday for just $10, or both films for $15. Join us between the films for our closing reception in the theatre too! All ticket holders are welcome.
